The short version: Spin Forge Journey does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Your game progress is saved only on your own device.
1. Who we are
Spin Forge Journey ("the App", "we", "us") is a single-player jigsaw puzzle game published by the developer of Spin Forge Journey. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how. If you have any questions, contact us at Nicoleamberg94@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. Specifically, the App does not:
- Require or offer account registration, and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact details;
- Collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or location data;
- Use analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or social-media SDKs;
- Track you across apps or websites owned by other companies;
- Transmit any gameplay data off your device.
3. Data stored on your device
Your game progress — such as completed puzzles, coin balance, unlocked collections, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the App permanently removes this data.
4. Third-party services
The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data. The App can be played entirely offline and makes no network requests during gameplay.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information in connection with your download and use of the App as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal information from Apple about you.
5. Children's privacy
The App is suitable for general audiences. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we also do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). 6. In-game currency
Coins and other in-game items in Spin Forge Journey are virtual gameplay elements only. They are earned through play, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be purchased with, exchanged for, or redeemed as real money or anything of value. No payment information is collected by the App.
7. Data security
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, the primary data at play is your local game progress, which is protected by your device's own security measures (such as your passcode and device encryption).
8. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR (European Union) and CCPA (California) grant rights over personal data, including access, correction, and deletion. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by deleting the App.
9. Changes to this policy
If the App's data practices ever change — for example, if a future update adds online features — we will update this Privacy Policy before those changes take effect and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted within the App or on this page.
